creme de menthe coupes    


Ingredients:

1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Mint Chip Ice Cream
1/4  cup green creme de menthe syrup
1/2  cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
1/2  cup hot fudge sauce
  Whipping cream, whipped
12  creme de menthe thin candies, coarsely chopped
  Fresh mint leaves, if desired




Preparation:
1. In individual dessert dishes, layer 2 scoops (1/4 cup each) ice cream, 1 tablespoon of the creme de menthe syrup and 2 tablespoons of the pistachios. Spoon 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce over each dessert. Garnish each dessert with whipped cream, sprinkle of mint candy and mint leaves.
