Ingredients:

cup fresh or frozen cranberries 2/3
cup orange marmalade 1/3
cup sugar 1
teaspoon cinnamon 1/4
cup orange juice 2
cartons (28 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
Small wafer cookies, if desired
Fresh mint leaves, if desired

Preparation:
1. In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, marmalade, sugar, cinnamon and orange juice. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until cranberries burst and mixture is syrupy. 2. Place 2 scoops (1/3 cup each) ice cream into each dessert glass or bowl. Spoon warm cranberry mixture over ice cream. Garnish with small wafer cookies and fresh mint leaves, if desired. 6 servings
