Ingredients:

tablespoons rum 1
ripe banana, cut into 1-inch slices* 1
carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla Ice Cream, softened** 1/2
cup whipping cream 2
teaspoons powdered sugar 5
orange twists

Preparation:
1. In blender container, combine rum, banana and ice cream; blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into champagne or wine glasses. 2. In small bowl, beat whipping cream and sugar together until soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream and orange twist. Serve immediately. 4 servings
TIPS: * To freeze bananas, peel and place in plastic bag; freeze. Cut into 1-inch slices when ready to use. ** To soften ice cream, place container in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes OR until easy to scoop.
