Ingredients:

1  cup Amaretto cookies (half of a 2 1/2 oz. pkg.) finely chopped
3  tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Pistachio Ice Cream, softened*
1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla Ice Cream, softened*
1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Chocolate Ice Cream, softened*
1  pint whipping cream, whipped
2  tablespoon silvered almonds, chopped
   Hazelnut liquor, to taste, if desired




Preparation:
Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Crush cookies in food processor or blender until finely chopped. In medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture into bottom of foil lined pan. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes.
 
In two medium bowls, combine softened pistachio and cherry vanilla ice creams with 1 cup of whipped cream in each bowl. Fold whipped cream gently into ice creams. Add chopped almonds to cherry vanilla mixture. Refrigerate remaining whipped cream for garnish.
 
Spoon pistachio mixture over cookie crust, spreading evenly. Spoon cherry vanilla mixture over pistachio mixture, spreading evenly. Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
 
Spread softened chocolate ice cream over top, spreading evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
 
To serve, lift ice cream from pan by foil. Invert onto serving platter. Remove foil. Slice individual servings and garnish with reserved whipped cream (flavored if desired).

TIP:
* To soften ice cream, place containers in the refrigerator for 30 minutes OR until very easy to scoop.
