Ingredients:

(18-oz.) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 3
cups Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla or any flavor Ice Cream, softened*

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spoon and shape heaping teaspoons cookie dough into 18 balls. Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. 2. Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. 3. To assemble each sandwich, place 1 scoop (1/3 cup) ice cream on bottom side of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; gently press together. Quickly wrap each sandwich in foil. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. 9 servings
TIP: * To soften ice cream, place container in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes OR until easy to scoop.
