tropical fruit smoothie    


Ingredients:

3/4  cup pineapple juice
3/4  cup low-fat coconut milk
1  large frozen banana, cut into 1-inch slices*
1/2  cup Häagen-Dazs® Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
1  cup Häagen-Dazs® Frozen Mango Sorbet




Preparation:
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
 
3 (1 cup) servings


TIPS:
* To freeze bananas, peel and place in plastic bag; freeze. Cut into 1-inch slices when ready to use.
For an alcoholic version, reduce pineapple juice and coconut milk to 1/2 cup each; add 1/2 cup rum.
