holly berry sundae    


Ingredients:

1  (10-oz.) jar seedless raspberry preserves
1  cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2  tablespoons raspberry or orange liqueur
1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla Ice Cream
1  ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped




Preparation:
1. In small saucepan, combine raspberry preserves, raspberries and liqueur. Cook over low heat, just until warm. Remove from heat.
 
2. To serve, spoon about 1/3 cup sauce onto each dessert plate. Place 1 scoop (1/2 cup) ice cream on top of sauce; top with kiwi fruit.
