1 medium mango
1 small papaya
Häagen-Dazs® vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tbs toasted coconut
peel and cut mango, papaya, and kiwis into 1/4-inch dice; combine in a bowl. with the knife, trim white pith to 1/8-inch. Cut the sections into 1/4-inch wide strips.
serve fruit over scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt. sprinkle servings with coconut.
